Shipping and Returns
Happie Tots is happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $10!
For orders under $10 we offer the lowest $5 flat shipping rate. We ship worldwide.
Upon receipt of payments we process your orders as quickly as possible. We do our best to ship it within 24 hours.
Once the carrier company received the items for shipment orders are estimated to arrive in 10 to 25 days. All orders are sent with a tracking number.
Happie Tots will cease to have any liability regarding the order delivery once it is in possession of the carrier.
Once the order is scanned and indicated as delivered to the destination entered on the order, Happie Tots passes the responsibility of the purchased items onto the recipient of the order.
Happie Tots is not responsible for any loss, theft, or delays due to the carrier.
Please make sure to provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you’re not delighted with your purchase, you may return the item for refund or exchange.
Please send an email to email@example.com explaining the reason why you want to return your purchase so we can start to process your request.
The only thing we ask is that the item must be 100% intact, which means:
- unworn and unused
- all tags must be attached to the item. If a tag has been removed, we won’t be able to accept your return.
- the item must be in its original packaging.
- returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your received your order.
All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Happie Tots.
Returns made without our prior approval will not be accepted and honored.
Once we have approved your return you will receive an email with all the information on how to proceed.
Please kindly note that the following items are final sale and are not accepted for returns or refunds:
- stuffed toys
- hair accessories
- all items marked on sale
Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
